Traditional Mint Julep

1 oz. Mint Julep mix
2 oz. bourbon
2 cups crushed ice

Pour Mint Julep mix, 1 cup crushed ice, bourbon, and a splash of water into highball glass. Add remaining ice. Stir well and garnish with mint sprig.

Mint Julep Apple Punch

1/2 quart apple juice
2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bottle Mint Julep mix

Mix all ingredients. Pour over ices cubes and serve in a tall frosted glass.
